The Executive for IT Operations and Customer Support Services provides IT services for the USPTO including: desktop services, Help Desk, system and network management, and internet and intranet web services. Three senior managers support the Executive and are responsible for the following, respectively: customer support services; web services; and system and network management. The Network Operations Center provides 24x7 service to ensure 100% availability of the USPTO network. Help Desk personnel are available during peak work hours to provide assistance to USPTO personnel in using USPTO systems and applications.
IT Operations and Customer Support Services includes the Office of Systems & Network Management, the Office of Customer Support Services, and the Web Services Division.
