MEYER  Director, Administration and Management SUBJECT: Quarterly Directives Index First Quarter - CY 2008 Scope This information bulletin is for the Program Policy Manual (PPM) holders within the mining community and MSHA. Purpose This bulletin transmits the directives index for the first quarter of Calendar Year 2008. Information The index lists all Program Policy Letters (PPLs), Procedures Instruction Letters (PILs), Program Information Bulletins (PIBs), Handbook updates, and updates to the Program Policy Manual (PPM), issued and/or removed between January 1, 2008 through March 31, 2008. If you are missing a directive, please contact the person listed under the "Issuing Office and Contact Person". You may also view our active Directives on the World Wide Web by accessing the MSHA home page at (http://www.msha.gov) and then choosing "Compliance Info."
