The best source of information about NASA programs is at our education website: http://education.nasa.gov/edprograms/stdprograms/index.html. Since you asked specifically about non-summer internships you might want to find out more information about the NASA Co-Op program which is managed by each NASA Center at http://nasajobs.nasa.gov/studentopps/employment/coop_edu_program.htm

You should know that for all permanent positions at NASA you must be a US citizen. However, if you are not a US citizen you may be eligible for certain student internship or education programs. Check out the education programs website at:  http://education.nasa.gov/home/index.html

Since you are an international student who is interested in NASA's work, it may be a good idea for you to check with some of the contractors who work alongside NASA employees at each of our Centers.
