Large-scale Observational-Monitoring Network Development:
Directing the design of large scale monitring systems for tidal and non-tidal waters for hydrodynamic and water-quality applications.

Water Studies:
Large-scale water-quality assessments and experimental designs with QA/QC from field observations, hydrochemistry fate and transport of contaminants, effects of land management on quality. Experience includes reservoir-lake, stream, and ground-water systems.

Biological Studies:
Bioaccumulation of heavy metals, and heavy metal isotopes as source fingerprints.

Water Security:
Critical infrastructure protection plans for dams and water supplies.
