Abstract:
On May 16, 2003, EPA promulgated NESHAP for new and existing sources at brick and structural clay products manufacturing facilities. The EPA is announcing our reconsideration and requesting public comment on our decision to base the maximum achievable control technology requirements for certain tunnel kilns on dry limestone adsorption technology. We plan to issue a final decision on this issue as expeditiously as possible. This file is the text of the reconsideration notice.
