Abstract:
EPA proposed to approve the use of the CA Air Resources Board's Tables of Maximum Incremental Reactivity to implement the Aerosol Coating Products regulation in CA. EPA also proposed to revise its definition of VOCs to include compounds previously identified as negigibly reactive and excluded from our definition of VOCs to support CA's reactivity-based regulation.
