Institutional Research
The Institutional Research unit is responsible for providing data analysis support for data-driven decision-making activities of the Kansas Board of Regents

This responsibility includes: the development of an integrated system of postsecondary data collection, data maintenance, data analysis, and reporting.
The IR unit is also responsible for IPEDS coordination for all higher education institutions in Kansas.

Currently, the IR unit, with the help of advisory committees composed of campus representatives, is in the process of designing and implementing a statewide postsecondary database system. In addition, the IR unit is in the process of reviewing all current reports and developing electronic means of collecting and reporting these data.

* Login - links to the login page for institutions to access institution-specific functions such as submitting or downloading data files, look-up and updating of individual records, editing files, locking submissions, and running queries and reports.

* General Information - contains information about the project, links to manuals, due dates, meeting minutes, etc.
* Data Submission - (requires login) contains the forms for uploading, editing, or locking data
* Reports - (requires login) contains tools for running queries and reports
