BBG and FAIR Act
The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) is a federal agency which
has management oversight for all of the non-military international
broadcasting operations of the United States Government. As required
by the Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act of 1998 (FAIR Act
Public Law 105-270), we are making available relevant information
as to our compliance with the Act. These links include Office of
Management and Budget (OMB)
information on the Act, points of contact, and the BBG's inventory
of commercial and inherently governmental activities.
