I just love Michelle Obama! I think she is the classiest First Lady we have had in a long time. I think American will be fascinated with her, just like good old Lady Bird! Hopefully she can help Barack get this country back on track.
I know that staff members of Homeland Security appreciate their hard work being recognized by the first lady. Don't know if this is a first or not but, nonetheless, very considerate of her. It will certainly increase her knowledge base of what is needed and expected of the present administration. And it never hurts to say thank you.
I was wondering if there are more details of the increased funding for immigration services that Mrs. Obama mentioned in the video. Since USCIS is mostly funded by application fees, any additional support from the government budget will have an impact.
Also she made a great point about people not knowing you if you've done a good job. USCIS, for the most part, has been able to stay out of the spotlight since 2007. Keep up the good work.
3 Billion dollars going to Homeland Security agencies sounds pretty impressive but compared to 4 billion dollars going to ACORN shows where this administrations real priorities are.

I am not impressed with Mrs. Obama's "arms" like the leftwing crazy media.
I am not impressed by her visit to DHS at all. She is just keeping you all from enforcment of our immigration laws and other Homeland Security Duties.
It's all just "propaganda".

I don't think it is all propaganda. I think she is a wonderful first lady and our prayers need to be with her and President Obama in this crisis.

Mrs. Obama should stay OUT of things she doesn't have anything to do with....I think YOU, the DHS, have too many things now that you are not doing!
You ( DHS) don't need another reason to put off your work!

I agree she is a super first lady. She has many more hard days ahead, but she has the class, and support to do great things. Go Michelle!!!
