When the US Postal Service introduced the Zone Improvement Plan numbering system in 1963, Mr. ZIP was on hand to encourage Americans to use ZIP Codes when addressing their mail. Since 1986, Mr. ZIP has been using his Long Life Vehicle (LLV) to deliver that mail to homes and businesses throughout the United States.
The Mr. Zip LLV is handcrafted in the USA from solid birch hardwoods. Its rugged construction and heirloom quality promises many years of play. Overall size is 3 7/16" Long, 2" Tall, and 1 5/16" Wide.
