The Regional Advisory Group's performance is considered good, CHP relationships are good and the program staff though small appears to possess the necessary skills and competence to manage and monitor program activities. The present application, although over-ambitious and some of the activities inappropriate, is believed to be congruent with the region's objectives and priorities. Reduction in recommended level based on the fact that some proposals were considered overambitious and some were considered to be inappropriate for D@IP funding.
