WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Rep. Rodney Alexander, R-Quitman, today announced that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will provide funding to the City of Alexandria to assist with the costs of the restoration and repair of its electrical distribution system damaged during Hurricane Gustav.
