Description
This horizontal time-dependent positioning software program allows users to
predict horizontal displacements and/or velocities at locations throughout the
United States and its territories. This software also enables users to update
geodetic coordinates and/or observations from one date to another.
An on-line interactive version is also available from the Geodetic Tool Kit.
