Each PSAP primary participant will receive a CD and a DVD containing the following 2010 PSAP delineation information and instructions:

The Census Bureau's MTPS application which includes computer based training (CBT) tutorials.  
The CBT should be reviewed before you begin work with the MTPS.  The MTPS is provided free of charge to PSAP participants, 
and you can make as many copies as necessary for the respective offices performing the updates for your counties.  
We request that you use the MTPS software to:

1.  Review the Census Bureau's current PSAP entities in the counties you agreed to delineate.
2.  Delineate changes to the statistical area boundaries using the MTPS software while adhering 
    to the 2010 PSAP delineation criteria, and
3.  Review your plan for compliance with 2010 PSAP criteria, prior to submission.
