Report Format for Behind the Portal: Use of GOS Map and Data Services

Category 2: 2009

Reports shall be brief -- 2-10 pages. All reports will be posted to the FGDC grants Web site.

Indicate Project title:
Indicate whether Interim or Final report
Organization: name, address, web address
Principal Investigator: name, telephone, email
If applicable, Collaborating Organizations: name, point of contact, address, web address

Executive Summary
Write a short paragraph (under 200 words) describing the key successes or outcomes of the project. The interim report should highlight anticipated outcomes and actual milestones, whereas the final report summary should describe the project as completed.

Project Narrative
Summarize the project activities. Include its accomplishments, successes, challenges, and collaboration activities, as appropriate.  How were challenges identified and what steps were taken to overcome these challenges?

If any photographs, graphics, or illustrations of the project in action are available please include a couple or more of these.

Where do you need assistance?
What type of assistance do you need?

Feedback on Cooperative Agreements Program (To be completed for the final report)
What are the program strengths and weaknesses?
Where does the program make a difference?
