This is a First day Cover for the Patriotic Banner presorted standard rate stamp (10–cent value).
On February 24, 2009, in Washington, DC, the Postal Service™ issued a non–denominated, presorted standard rate (10–cent value), Patriotic Banner stamp in a water-activated gum (WAG) coil of 500 stamps, designed by Michael Osborne of Berkeley, California.
This stamp was previously issued in the following formats:- July 4, 2007, Pressure–sensitive adhesive (PSA) coil of 3,000 stamps.
- July 4, 2007, PSA coil of 10,000 stamps.
