HSPD – 3:  Homeland Security Advisory System
Establishes a comprehensive and effective means to disseminate information regarding the risk of terrorist acts to federal, state, and local authorities and to the American people. As amended in HSPD-5.

HSPD – 7: Critical Infrastructure Identification, Prioritization, and Protection
Establishes a national policy for federal departments and agencies to identify and prioritize U.S. critical infrastructure and key resources and to protect them from terrorist attacks.

Final Rule: Procedures for Handling Protected Critical Infrastructure Information.
These procedures govern the receipt, validation, handling, storage, marking and use of critical infrastructure information voluntarily submitted to the Department of Homeland Security.

The Critical Infrastructure Information Act of 2002 (CII Act) (PDF, 11 pages - 53 KB).
The CII Act seeks to facilitate greater sharing of critical infrastructure information among the owners and operators of the critical infrastructures and government entities with infrastructure protection responsibilities, thereby reducing the nation’s vulnerability to terrorism.
