ICE.gov RSS Breaking News Feed

Subscribe to ICE.gov RSS to receive notification of ICE press releases, and other breaking news.

To subscribe, you must do two things:

  • First, get a "news reader" (also known as a "news aggregator"). A number of free or shareware RSS news readers are available on the web for downloading. The DMOZ Open Directory Project has numerous links to RSS readers and tutorials.
  • Second, add the ICE.gov RSS feed to your news reader, if it isn't already included. You can do this by adding a new entry that points to http://www.ice.gov/doclib/rss/breakingnews.xml RSS feed or by importing it from one of the news feed directories.

Note: "RSS" stands for Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary. It is an XML-based format for distributing headlines with links to ICE.gov for the full article. ICE.gov currently uses the RSS 2.0 format. See the RSS 2.0 specification.
