PBGC will mail paper copies of Form 1099-R by February 2, 2009 to all participants who received payments from PBGC at any point in calendar year 2008. Duplicate copies of the forms will be available from PBGC's Customer Contact Center no later than February 2, 2009. The Customer Contact Center can be reached by telephone, toll-free, between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm, Eastern time, Monday through Friday. For the convenience of our customers, participants in PBGC-trusteed plans may view and print their own 1099-R through MyPBA beginning February 2, 2009.
