Linda Broussard

Linda C. Broussard. 2004, Master of Library and Information Science, Louisiana State University.

Broussard’s area of specialization is special libraries and information centers. She has extensive professional experience in the fields of records management and library services. Broussard manages the National Wetlands Research Center Library, one of nine biological libraries in the USGS Biological Resources Discipline. She also serves as co-project and content manager for a NBII information node. Interests include information access and records management. Broussard is a member of several professional associations including the American Library Association, Special Libraries Association, and ARMA International, the Association of Information Management Professionals. She has held offices within the Baton Rouge/Lafayette ARMA chapter and previously served as president when the chapter was named the outstanding mid-size chapter in the United States.
