Leslie B. Holland, 1985, Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Marketing, University of New Orleans, Louisiana

Holland is a Program Analyst primarily serving as the Contracting Officer's Representative for the on-site support services contract. Her position at NWRC is enhanced by her years of contracting experience from the contractor's perspective working for a computer manufacturer where she managed GSA and State contracts. She also played an integral role in helping two of her previous employers attain ISO 9000 certification.

In addition to her experience as a contractor, her professional background includes over 13 years of management experience, customer service, and sales in the retail and entertainment industries.

Functional Activities:

• Contracting Officer's Representative for the on-site support services contract.
• Analyzes the research support needs of the NWRC Staff.
• Produces and processes task orders to ensure they are within government regulations and the original scope of the contract.
• Examines support services contract payment documents to ensure adequacy, completeness, accuracy, and adherence to budget, finance, and accounting policies, rules, and regulations.
