SECRETARY EVANS TO TRAVEL TO PITTSBURGH TO DISCUSS BUSH ADMINISTRATION’S
MANUFACTURING AGENDA
Commerce Secretary Don Evans will visit Pittsburgh on Tuesday,
September 16, 2003 and will speak to the Graduate School
of Industrial Administration at Carnegie Mellon University. Evans
will address the Administration's manufacturing agenda, with an
emphasis on the role of innovation, before an audience of students,
faculty and members of the local manufacturing community. Prior
to the speech, he will observe a demonstration of robotics technology
developed at Carnegie Mellon.
