Hebert is retired from the U.S. Air Force. She has had managerial responsibility for all areas of administrative functions and managed from as few as 1 person to up to 106, including software development programmers, administrative personnel, and meteorological personnel. Her diverse background has included retail management, advertising, and service with the State of Louisiana Department of Health and Human Services.
