Development of the Mass Evacuation Transportation Model was funded by the
U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency
and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of the Assistant
Secretary for Preparedness and Response. The authors would also like to acknowledge
