Planned Total Number of NACIs to be verified/completed for current employees and contractors by October 27, 2007: Employees – 1,390; Contractors – 430

Next Major Milestone: 05/29/09 - Complete scheduling or verification of background investigations for all employees and contractors.
Planned Completion Dates:
- Complete issuance of PIV credentials to all employees and contractors - 09/01/09.
- Complete adjudication or verification of background investigations for all employees and contractors - 05/29/09
- Complete integration of PIV credentials with logical access control systems - N/A: NSF is not required to use PIV credentials with LACS.
- Complete integration of PIV credentials with physical access control systems - 09/01/09.
- Issuing PIV credentials to all new employees and contractors as part of the boarding process - 10/27/06.
