CS Italy provides advocacy support to U.S. firms competing for contracts with the Italian Government and local entities. Our goal is to ensure a level playing field for U.S. business.

CS Italy can also intervene in cases where U.S. firms are being disadvantaged by unfair business practices or market barriers.

Trade Dispute Resolution

The U.S. Commercial Service Italy may provide limited assistance to U.S. firms attempting to collect a debt owed by an Italian buyer. Requests will be considered case-by-case in compliance with the standard regulations for trade complaints, focusing primarily on facilitating communications between the parties involved. Our office may also provide a list of local private sector lawyers or collection agencies.
