Welcome to the Native Village of Eklutna

The Eklutna, Native Village government office was formed in1960.  The tribe became federally recognized and is recorded under IRS code 83.87, section 7871, part of the Indian tax status act of 1982.

Mission Statement

The Native Village of Eklutna (NVE) will strengthen it's Tribal Nation by exercising it's inherent powers to protect the past, present, and future of the tribal membership.
