In an effort to assist mining operations in their compliance efforts, MSHA is providing a list of the "Most Frequently Cited Standards" by mine type. We hope by providing this information, focus will be placed on areas that need attention. We will continue to provide "Compliance Tips" for some or all of these items. Available "Compliance Tips" are indicated by a blue check mark which acts as a link to the appropriate tip.
