NAVY

Northrop Grumman Corp., Bethpage, N.Y., is being awarded a $9,527,923 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, multi-year contract (N00019-97-C-0147) for the procurement of an E-2T Software Development Lab to support maintenance and development of E-2T mission software for the two Taiwan production aircraft in the Hawkeye 2000E Mission Computer Upgrade/Advanced Control Indicator Set configuration for the Government of Taiwan under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Bethpage and is to be completed by May 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Robertson Aviation, Tempe, Ariz., is being awarded, a delivery order amount of $21,139,230 with a cumulative total of $375,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for a Crashworthy External Fuel System and related support for the 117 UH-60 aircraft. Work will be performed in Tempe, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on June 17, 2002. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH23-02-D-0225).

MECO Inc., New Orleans is being awarded a delivery order amount of $6,243,130 with a cumulative of $40,226,736 firm-fixed-price contract for the Lightweight Water Purifier. Work will be performed in New Orleans, La., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Jan. 23, 2002. The U. S. Army Tank and Automotive Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-02-D-T019).

AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $8,281,484 firm-fixed-price contract modification to provide for 1,099 each, Pilot Production Kits Spares for the F-16 Block A/B/C/D aircraft structural enhancement kits. This effort supports foreign military sales to Belgium, Denmark, Egypt, Greece, Israel, Korea, Netherlands, Norway and Portugal. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be completed by August 2002. Solicitation began August 2001 and negotiations were completed August 2002. The Obden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (F42620-01-C-0097 PZ0001).

Dynamic Gunver Technology, Manchester, Conn., is being awarded a $7,228,393 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for Convergent Nozzle Segment Assembly applicable to F100 Pratt and Whitney 100/200/220 engine, quantity 3,231 each. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be completed by September 2003. Solicitation began December 2001 and Negotiations were completed July 2002. The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (F34601-02-C-0215).

Alessi-Keyes, Little Rock, Ark., is being awarded a $6,633,930 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for the construction of four buildings, two-story, temporary lodging facility at Little Rock Air Force Base consisting of 25 one-bedroom and 25 two-bedroom living units. The project includes options for the installation of a playground and an ornamental fence. At this time, $6,721,430 of the funds has been obligated. This work will be completed by February 2004. Solicitation began June 2002 and negotiations were completed in July 2002. The314th Airlift Wing, Little Rock Air Force Base is the contracting activity (F03602-02-C-0012).

DEFENSE LOGISITCS AGENCY

Colonial Energy, Inc., Fairfax, Va., is being awarded $9,651,628 fixed-price with economic price adjustment type contract for 2,729,991 Dekatherms of Direct Supply natural gas for the U.S. Army. Work will also be performed in West Point, N.Y. The performance completion date is scheduled for Sept. 30, 2005. Contract funds will not expired at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 186 proposals solicited with responses. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-02-D-7706)
