Pentagon Offers Media Tours of Renovated Sept. 11 Attack Site

During the last week of August, the Pentagon Renovation Program will offer media tours of the renovated areas damaged in the Sept. 11 attack on the Pentagon. Tours will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis on Monday, Aug. 26; Wednesday, Aug. 28, and Friday, Aug. 30.

Tour appointments may be made by emailing Rachel Decker at the Pentagon Renovation Program office at deckerr@army.pentagon.mil. Tours of the Phoenix Project site (the area damaged in the Sept. 11 attack) will be conducted in small groups with Pentagon Renovation officials to answer questions about the reconstruction process.
