Email Notification

This feature provides an automated, daily, email notification to all subscribers. The ASC is providing this service to subscribers free. To receive notifications, you need to provide us with a valid Internet email address and additional identification information. After you sign up, we will notify you automatically whenever a State appraiser regulatory agency informs us that it has taken certain disciplinary actions against its appraisers (revocations, suspensions, and voluntary surrenders in lieu of discipline) and whenever an appraiser's license or certification on the National Registry has expired. If, at any time, you wish to stop receiving the automated notifications, simply return to this site and enter your email address in the "Unsubscribe" block.

In order to make it easier for users to obtain notices, ASC is now posting all of the notices sent by email each day on the ASC.GOV website.  To obtain the desired notice, click the appropriate link below and then select the notice type, year, and month of the notice you wish to obtain.  After doing this, click the "Find Notices" button and you will be presented with a list of available notices.  Click on the link for the selected date and file format to download the file to your computer.

    Public Notices (Available to all users)
    Private Notices (Available only to State Regulatory Agencies)
