These upgrades will permit the utilization of linescan technology developed for the National Polar-Orbiting Operational Environmental Satellite System (NPOESS) on currently fielded DMSP assets. BioPort Corp.*, Lansing, Mich., is being awarded $6,254,000 (base year total), as part of a $29,358,000 (total if all options are exercised) firm-fixed-price contract to purchase Anthrax Vaccine Absorbed (FDA licensed product), for the Department of Defense Immunization Policy for all military personnel. Work will be performed in Lansing, Mich., and is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Wynn Construction Co. Inc., Oklahoma City, Okla., is being awarded a $5,308,450 firm-fixed-price contract to design/build a Child Development Center. The new facility will have reinforced concrete floorings and floor slab, masonry walls, steel joist, mechanical equipment room, utilities, paving, and fire protection, and will include childcare rooms, kitchen, laundry room, playground area, and necessary support. The existing facility will be altered to meet

current standards for fire safety and building population density. Work will be performed in Wichita, Kan., and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2000. This contract contains options which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of this contract to $19,435,188.
