water drop. A U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (USEPA) Water Quality Standards Academy will be held January 26-30, 2009 at the Rutgers Eco-Complex in Bordentown, N.J. This Academy is co-sponsored by DRBC and is a comprehensive training course that examines all aspects of the water quality standards program. The Delaware River Greenway Partnership (DRGP) is celebrating its 10th anniversary with Discover the Delaware - Your River, Your Region, a day of presentations by the region's top experts on the history, ecology and culture of our region's defining natural resource. Originally planned for September 13, 2008, this event will now take place on Saturday, March 7, 2009.  Please check the DRGP web site for additional information as it becomes available. The Delaware Riverkeeper Network will present its annual Schuylkill Watershed Congress on Saturday, March 7, 2009 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Montgomery County Community College's West Campus in Pottstown, Pa. The 2009 Schuylkill Watershed Congress will feature concurrent and poster sessions covering a broad range of watershed topics and exhibits by watershed organizations, environmental consulting firms, and government agencies. The Congress is for anyone and everyone interested in learning more about the Schuylkill River Watershed and how to protect and conserve its vast resources. The cost to attend the Congress is $40 per person if registered prior to Friday, February 20, 2009 and $50 per person thereafter.
