Secretary Salazar Announced the Independence National Historical Park will receive $5 Million for Rehabilitation of Independence Hall Tower

Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar visited Philadelphia to meet with Department of the Interior employees and to discuss his first 100 days in office, his major reform efforts at the Department of the Interior and America’s Recovery and Reinvestment Act. At a press conference in Independence Square, the Secretary announced the Independence National Historical Park will receive $5 million for rehabilitation of Independence Hall Tower.
