How to attend an open session of an ASC meeting.


Send a written request via U.S. Mail, fax, or commercial carrier to the Executive Director of the ASC. Requests also may be sent via Internet email to meetings@asc.gov. Your request must contain your name, organization, contact information, and a brief explanation why you wish to attend. Your request must be received no later than 4:30, Eastern Time, on the Monday prior to the meeting. If that Monday is a Federal holiday, then your request must be received 4:30, Eastern Time, on the previous Friday. The ASC will respond to your request in the same manner it was received by the close of the next business day. If the meeting is cancelled, ASC staff will notify persons scheduled to attend that meeting as soon as possible.


Conditions on attendance.


The ASC at any time has the right to refuse attendance on any reasonable basis. Because of security and space considerations, no more than 15 persons may attend the discussion of any single agenda item. The ASC reserves the right to limit the number of attendees from any single organization to ensure that other persons or entities can attend. All attendees must have a valid government-issued photo ID and must agree to submit to reasonable security measures.
