The Direct Loan

tribes for the development of essential community facilities for public use in
rural areas and towns.
The Loan Guarantee
Program provides guaranteed loan to public bodies, non-profit corporations, and
Indian tribes for the development of essential community facilities for public
use in rural areas and towns.
Community Grants assist development of essential community facilities in rural areas and towns of up to 20,000 people. Grants are authorized on a graduated scale. Applicants located in small, poor, needy communities with low populations and low incomes will receive a higher percentage of grants.
