The FDIC Public
Information Center is open from 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (ET), Monday -
Friday. Onsite visits are by appointment only.
Most publications
are free and available on the FDIC Website. FDIC policy manuals have various prices which
must be prepaid. Please contact the Public Information Center for more
information on available policy manuals and payment options. Fees are
charged for all materials that must be printed from the electronic
version ($.20 per page) or
faxed ($.50 per page). Orders exceeding five documents or 25
pages may require additional processing time. Please call in advance for
quicker service. Most requests can be filled in less than 24 hours.
