Brown is currently serving as director, information operations, N39, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.
Rear Adm. (lower half) Sandy L. Daniels is being assigned as director, warfare integration, N6F/N83, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations. Daniels is currently serving as reserve assistant deputy chief of naval operations, communication network total force readiness, N6, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.
Rear Adm. (lower half) Joseph A. Horn is being assigned as deputy director, Missile Defense Agency, Washington, D.C. Horn is currently serving as deputy director, surface warfare for combat systems/weapons, N86F, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.
Rear Adm. (lower half) Gregory J. Smith is being assigned as deputy assistant secretary of defense for public affairs (joint communication), Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs, Washington, D.C. Smith is currently serving as deputy chief of staff, strategic communications, Multi-National Force - Iraq.
