Army Chief of Staff Gen. Peter J. Schoomaker announced today the assignment of the following general officer:

 

     Army Maj. Gen. Richard O. Wightman, Jr., military executive, Reserve Forces Policy Board, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Washington, D.C., to deputy joint force trainer for education, doctrine and lessons learned, U.S. Joint Forces Command, Suffolk, Va., with a report date to be determined.
