Lohr, Judge Advocate General's Corps, for appointment as judge advocate general of the Navy, The Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Lohr is currently serving as deputy judge advocate general of the Navy, The Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Chief of Naval Operations Adm Vern Clark announced today that Navy Rear Adm. (selectee) Charles L. Munns is being assigned as director, Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI). Munns is currently assigned as commander, Submarine Group Eight/commander, Allied Submarines, Mediterranean.
