Maj.Gen. John P. McLaren Jr., vice commander for Joint Warfighting Center (individual mobilization augmentee), and vice director for joint training, J-7, U.S. Joint Forces Command, Norfolk, Va., to commanding general (troop program unit), 80th Training Command (Total Army School System), Richmond, Va.
