Secretary of Defense William J. Perry announced today that
the President has nominated Brigadier General Gerald A. Rudisill,
Jr., Army National Guard of the United States, for promotion to
the grade of major general, Reserve of the Army. Since April
1993, he has served as Adjutant General, North Carolina National
Guard.
Brig. Gen. Rudisill was born on September 22, 1943, in
Badin, North Carolina.
