Naval Reserve Capt. David O. Anderson has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as director, Joint Forces Air Component Command, Naval Reserve Commander Second Fleet, Norfolk, Va.
Naval Reserve Capt. David J. Cronk has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as commander, Naval Reserve Area Air Defense Command, San Diego, Calif.
Naval Reserve Capt. Dirk J. Debbink has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as deputy for mission effectiveness, Naval Reserve Readiness Command, Region Southeast, Jacksonville, Fla.
Naval Reserve Capt. Frank F. Rennie IV has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half) while serving as deputy for mission effectiveness, Naval Reserve Readiness Command, Region Mid-South, Millington, Tenn.
