Lieutenant General Colby M. Broadwater III, United States Army, for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as Chief of Staff, United States European Command, Germany. He is currently serving as Deputy Commander, Joint Headquarters Centre, Allied Command Europe, Germany.

Lieutenant General Joseph R. Inge, United States Army, for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as Deputy Commander, United States Northern Command/Vice Commander, United States Element, North American Aerospace Defense Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. He is currently serving as Commanding General, First United States Army, Fort Gillem, Georgia.

Major General Russel L. Honor, United States Army, for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as Commanding General, First United States Army, Fort Gillem, Georgia. He previously served as Commander, Joint Force Headquarters for Homeland Security, United States Northern Command, Norfolk, Virginia.

Colonel Douglas A. Pritt, Army National Guard, for promotion to the rank of brigadier general. He is currently serving as Commander, 41st Infantry Brigade, Tigard, Oregon.
