The Air Force announced the following general officer assignments today.
Maj. Gen. Richard W. Davis, currently the chief architect of the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization, Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Pentagon, Washington, DC, is being reassigned to become the national security space architect for the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence, Office of the Secretary of Defense, at the Pentagon.
Maj. Gen. Claude M. Bolton, Jr., currently the program executive officer for Fighter and Bomber Programs, Air Force Program Executive Office, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Rosslyn, Va., will be reassigned to become the commander of the Air Force Security Assistance Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.

Mushala, currently the director of the F-22 System Program Office, Air Force Program Executive Office, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Headquarters Air Force, will be reassigned to become the program executive officer for Fighter and Bomber Programs, Air Force Program Executive Office, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Rosslyn, Va.
Brig. Gen. William J. Jabour, currently the vice commander, Aeronautical Systems Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson AFB. Ohio, will be reassigned to become the director, F-22 System Program Office, Air Force Program Executive Office, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Headquarters Air Force, the Pentagon.
Brig. Gen. (select) Edward L. Mahan, Jr., currently the commander of the Air Force Security Assistance Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, will be reassigned to become the director, Integrated Command and Control, Electronic Systems Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Hansom AFB, Mass.
