March 9, 2009 - FERC Commissioner Kelliher Announces Resignation: Joseph T. Kelliher announced today he will resign from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), effective March 13, 2009. Kelliher was Chairman of the Commission from July 9, 2005 until Jan. 22, 2009, and has served at FERC since November 20, 2003.
