NOTICE: These scripts are provided by NWSTC as an extension of class material. You should have a working knowledge of shell programming before attempting to implement these scripts!
LDAD Time Synchronization
SITE_ldad_time_set
The NWSTC ksh shell script for synching LDAD time with AWIPS time. Instructions for implementation are included as comments in the script.
AWIPS Monitoring

The ksh shell scripts used by the NWSTC to perform the AWIPS "warm and fuzzy" checklist. Please read the README file before using!
SITE_awips_monitor.sh
This is a ksh script executed by cron to tar up the Mozilla monitor html and push it to the ldad for external display. Instructions for implementation are included as comments in the script.
AWIPS Workstation LX/XT Image Backup and Restore
ConfigureImage.sh
The ConfigureImage.sh script will change the identity of an LX or XT clone workstation. This is useful if a clone workstation has been restored using the image of another AWIPS workstation.
Acronis Backup
The Acronis document describes how to use the Acronis image backup software to backup the image of AWIPS LX or XT workstation and restore to a non-AWIPS workstation (or another LX/XT).
