Lenexa, KS - Joint State of Kansas and federal Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC's) will remain open for the Memorial Day holiday, observed on Monday, May 26, 2003.
The Kansas Disaster Recovery Centers are open in the following locations:

Arma Community Center 508 E. Washington St. Arma, Kansas |
Hours of operation for BOTH locations are:
Monday-Saturday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Closed Sundays
Note: The Mobile DRC in Lawrence, Kansas will be open on Fri., May 23 from 9-6 p.m.The last day of operation for the Lawrence DRC is Saturday, May 24 from 9 to noon.
The DRC's are staffed with experts to answer questions and provide recovery information and written materials about various assistance programs available to individuals and business owners. Some disaster programs include Individuals and Households housing assistance and other needs assistance programs, and low interest disaster loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
