Deputy Secretary of Defense John M. Deutch will host an Honor Cordon to welcome President Jerry J. Rawlings, of the Republic of Ghana, to the Pentagon at 2:30 p.m. (EST), March 9, 1995. The Cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance. There will be a photo opportunity immediately following the Cordon.
