Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host an honor cordon to welcome President Heydar Aliyev, of the Azerbaijani Republic, to the Pentagon at 10 a.m. (EDT), Thursday, July 31, 1997.
The cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance.
There will not be a media availability following the cordon.
